About the venue

About this venue

Spa LaQua sits at the base of Tokyo Dome City in Bunkyo, drawing on natural hot spring water that rises from roughly 1,700 metres below the urban surface. The facility is built around the Healing Baden spa zone, where geothermal waters rich in sodium chloride are piped directly into indoor and outdoor baths across multiple floors. The surrounding complex includes restaurants, relaxation lounges, and a rock sauna, making it a full-day retreat in one of Tokyo's busiest entertainment districts.

The venue currently offers a combined admission and 24-hour Tokyo Subway ticket, giving visitors straightforward access to the city's rail network alongside their spa visit. Spa LaQua is particularly popular with travellers using central Tokyo as a base, given its proximity to Suidobashi Station and the ease of reaching neighbourhoods such as Akihabara, Ueno, and Shinjuku on the included transit pass.
